Our Flutter blouse is made in a light weight cotton in a simple silhouette. This is a very loose flitting blouse with a square body, drop shoulders with a flutter sleeve. The fabric is hand block printed on 100% cotton by artisans in India. Garment washed. Made in Los Angeles. Only a few pieces were made.
