Shipping & Returns

What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed by noon PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (usually quicker). For earlier delivery, weʼre happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge.

What is your return/exchange policy?
You may return your item within 14 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same credit card on which it was purchased. You can also
exchange your purchase or be issued a store credit up to 30 days after you received the original purchase. Holiday purchases can be exchanged until January 15 of the next
year for exchange or credit only. All items must be returned in the original packaging. If you have any questions, please email us at info@everbloomstudio.com.

How do I make a return/exchange?
Return your purchase well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. Include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase and ship it to the following

We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Can I have my items gift wrapped?
Yes. Click on gifts and you will see an idea of how your gift will be wrapped. There is an additional charge of $5.00 for any gift wrapping.
